Sunroom with Insulated Pergola and Deck
Job Location: Bowral
This project was in Bowral, a suburb in the Southern Highlands but would also be well suited to any property located throughout the Illawarra or Sutherland Shire.
This property had a run down verandah out the back which was unusable, so the client approached us to design and build a functional modern sunroom and deck.
We installed an insulated roof with an Aluminum Frame in the colour of Classic Cream. The roof of the sunroom continued across the deck creating an outdoor entertainment area. The front section was closed off with fixed sliding windows and sliding glass doors with a sliding screen door. The flooring used is Rigid Plank 100% waterproof Vinyl flooring.
Sunrooms are a great way to extend any home giving another habitable living space. The outside of the sunroom was left open as a pergola and deck to be able to enjoy the beautiful southern highlands surroundings.
Decking frame was built out of galvanised steel to give the client the peace of mind that there would be no termite damage or timber rotting, finished off with Merbau Timber decking boards.
