This newly purchased home in the sought-after estate of Bridgewater in Camden South had a lovely tiled area with an outdoor fireplace, however it did not have a roof to protect it from the rainy days or even the hot summer weather.
Our customer wanted a large structure that would span the distance. Using the Stratco Engineering system we were able to design this structure with no internal rafters using 100mm insulated roof sheet. The colour of the Frame and Guttering and Barge Caps were Monument which tied in perfectly with the existing window and door frames of the home.
The end result is a space that really can be enjoyed year round and has added considerable value to the property.
