Flat Insulated Freestanding Pergola

This Property at Gledswood Hills was built with Hebel which means additional structures can not be attached to the exterior. This presented some minor challengesbut nothing the professional and skilled team of builders at Signature Pergolas and Decks couldn’t handle. We designed the Pergola to be freestanding but built it up against the house to give the appearance of a fully integrated Pergola with the existing home.
The frame is in Alpine White and the Gutter is in the Colour Basalt. The Roofing panels are Insulated Roof with a Smooth off white underside. Downlights that are specifically designed for Insulated Panel have also been added, and allowance for a future fan install has been made. The end result? A great outdoor area that can be enjoyed all year round!
