COVID-19 UPDATE
In response to recent events surrounding COVID–19 (Novel Coronavirus), we would like to provide you with some reassurance around the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our clients and the continuity of our service throughout this time. Our staff have all been provided with education surrounding personal hygiene, such as hand washing / sanitising and social distancing, that is in line with NSW Department of Health recommendations. All staff have also received advice on what to do if in contact with a high-risk person, or if a family member develops any flu-like symptoms. We are still providing our free quotation service as normal and are more than happy to visit.
Our Zero Contact Quote Service
In addition to our normal face-to-face quotation service, we are now offering zero contact quoting. Please see our easy zero contact quote guide below:
STEP ONE – Contact us through our website, email (info@signaturepergolasanddecks.com.au) or phone (0410 906 954) and request a zero contact quote.
STEP TWO – We will need information from you such as rough measurements (even better if you can measure yourself!), your address, photos of your area, and design details. We will be able to use sophisticated map software to take measurements from our computers and will consult with you completely over telephone or email.
STEP THREE – We will work on your design and email your quotation! If you need to make changes, we are more than happy to make revisions. If you wish to proceed with your project, we will arrange a site measure where we are able to exercise minimal contact social distancing measures.
